Magwell Extension for M1811 Grip Module Features
The Brouwer M1811 Magwell Extension is designed to enhance the already generous magwell of the M1811 Grip Module for the Sig P320.
The Magwell extends the margin of error when performing magazine changes by increasing the magwell opening diameter and providing a smooth transition for feeding.
Special consideration was made to ensure that the addition of the Magwell would maintain the same grip index and repeatability of the M1811.
In order to achieve this the external profile was designed to minimize impact and interference with the users grip.
The rear of the Magwell was designed to fit below the profile of the grip to reduce impact to the users palm swell. The front and sides of the Magwell were designed to offer a secondary index point that cradles the users hand at the bottom of the front strap.
Compatibility
The Magwell is designed to work with factory 17 round magazines, as well as high capacity magazines without modification.
Material and Finish:
The Magwell Extension is made from 7075-T6 aluminum and is currently offered in three different coatings: Hard Black Anodized, or Anodized with color matched Cerakote in either Coyote or Black.
Fits, Functions, looks great
I added this Magwell to my grip module for my duty weapon. Both have worked amazingly and added unparalleled stability function
I ordered this when I got my 1823 grip module. Surprisingly it came already installed on the grip. That was a nice surprise. The magwell is just as great as the grip module in both quality and finish. The factory mags feed flawlessly into it. Changing mags is seamless. It fits so securely against the grip module it feels like it is molded into it. All of my other magwells have a slight amount of play on one end, which makes them not as good in the moments that count, in my opinion. I want equipment that I know I can rely on for performance and durability. this does both. You won't beat the quality for the price. The fact that it looks sweet AF doesn't hurt either. It's like the saying goes, the shoes make the man. This magwell would be those proverbial "shoes" to the weapon/grip module. It makes the outfit complete.
I love my new 1823 aluminum grip module. Tyler steered me in the right direction with the aluminum. It is a huge upgrade. The only wieed thing is that he kept asking me out to dinner.
